The closest airport to the venue and popular hotels on the island is Kona International Airport (KOA).
Hotel
We have organized a room block at the Hilton Waikoloa Village at 69-425 Waikōloa Beach Dr, Waikoloa Village, HI 96738. The Hilton Waikoloa Village is a beautiful oceanfront property with amazing resort amenities and activities such as adult and child pools, hot tubs, waterfalls, water slides, a full-service spa, fitness classes, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, a saltwater lagoon with paddleboard yoga and dolphin experiences, the Legends of Hawaii Luau, on-site shopping, concierge services, and more. While it is not a requirement to stay at the Hilton, we have stayed there before and truly recommend it as a great experience for young singles, couples, and families!

Transportation
The Big Island of Hawaii is vast, and if you plan to explore extensively or stay for an extended period, we highly recommend renting a car from the KOA airport. A convenient airport shuttle will take you to the nearby rental car facility. Alternatively, the SpeediShuttle offers transportation from KOA to various island hotels. For a budget-friendly option, the Hele-On Bus, a government-funded service, provides transportation from KOA to Waikoloa and Waimea area resorts along Route 75. View the schedule here.
Things to Do
If you're staying at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you'll have plenty of incredible activities to enjoy right at the resort. In addition, Charlie and Jade have curated a list of must-see attractions and experiences around the island. As the wedding date approaches, they will share their vacation itinerary on this site, and if you're interested, you can book the same activities and experience them together.
